You’ve got to be quick around here because things sell out fast. However it may be possible that the item you want is still available or we are getting restocked some time in the future. If you want to be sure just email us.

A lot of our sneakers come in a very limited size range, so if you see something you like it pays to act fast. If you find your size has sold out on the website you can enquire with our customer care team email us.

 

returns, refunds and exchanges

oops. I’ve changed my mind

No worries. At Nzsneaker we have 60-Day Returns & Exchanges. So you can return anything you purchased online for a full refund or exchange so long as the item is returned in the original condition you received them in, and with the original and undamaged shoe box/packaging. Simply fill out your Returns & Exchange Form and drop it into one of our Nzsneaker stores or courier back to us.

my sneakers don’t fit

Don’t panic! Simply fill out the Returns & Exchange Form you received in the parcel with the correct size you need. You can either post it back to our online store.

how do I return by post?

Courier your purchase to our returns address in the original condition you received them in and with the original and undamaged shoe box/packaging. If you arrange the return or exchange directly with our online store, you'll have to pick up the postage charges. 

Note: It is recommended that you use a tracked Courier service. We don’t refund or reimburse postage charges for returns, exchanges or refunds. Allow up to 5 working days for the team to process your return, exchange or refund.

my item is faulty

email us as soon as you notice a fault so we can remedy the situation.

my package is showing processed but I haven’t received a tracking number

Your order has been processed but hasn’t been picked up by the courier yet. You’ll receive an automated email when it has been scanned into the CourierPost system.

If you still not get some tracking number more than 3 days You can contact us.

 

My package is showing delivered but I haven’t received anything!?

Have you checked the property around your house? Have you asked any other people living at your house? Have you checked that you had submitted the right address on your confirmation email?
